Education & School Visits
We believe that education is one of the most powerful tools in protecting both honey bees and native pollinators. In our northern climate, pollinators face unique challenges from extreme winters to limited forage and climate change. Understanding these parameters helps us all support healthy bee populations and the broader environment they (and we) rely on.
Through workshops, shared knowledge, and community outreach, we aim to empower beekeepers, gardeners, land stewards, governments, and the general public with the tools they need to make pollinator-friendly choices. Whether it’s learning about hive health, planting for pollinators, or identifying native bee species, education helps ensure that pollinators continue to thrive in the North—for our food systems, biodiversity, and future generations.
Send us a message and we will connect you to our bee community who may be able to offer custom programming including immersive learning, bee yard visits and planting pollinator friendly gardens.
